The 50th Grammy!!
So, today, I went to the 50th annual Grammy Award show at the Staples Center. Yes, don't ask me how I got in. Let's just say that a friend hooked me up and I was extremely lucky. The experience was awesome! I sat by center aisle most of the time and by celebrities. Toward the end, I moved to row 6, second seat from the center aisle. I sat right in front of this "Jimmy" guy. (Jimmy Jam maybe?) A lot of celebrities came by to talk to him. One of them was Tia Carrere. That was really cool. Tom Hanks, Stevie Wonder, Tina Turner, Beyoncé and many of my idols were there.
As for performances, I thought Alicia Keys and Fergie had really good voices. Carrie Underwood's voice wasn't as powerful as theirs, although I still liked her. Of course, Josh Groban and Andrea Bocelli were simply awesome! And Lang Lang performed, too! His hands were so strong. I wouldn't mind to see his concert some day.
So I recorded the show on DVR and found myself on camera during Will I Am's performance. Just count 6 rows down and 2 seats over from the aisle. I'm right behind Jimmy Jam's body. He was wearing a hat and I was wearing a white coat. :)
